Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email, primarily to confirm your payment method and the items ordered. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver goods to customers as soon as possible, in stock items will usually be dispatched next working day once we have processed the order. If your item is non-stock or out-of-stock, we will always contact customers with the option of an alterative item or to cancel the order.

We can't guarantee delivery time. If you are usually out at work then we would suggest you having the goods delivered to your work address.

Working days do not include Saturdays or Sundays, if we dispatch an item on Friday on a next working day for delivery service you next Monday the earliest.

Undelivered Items: If we have dispatched goods to customer and our courier has been unable to deliver the goods to reach our customer due to no one being available to sign for them the goods will be returned to the depot, We would make every effort to contact customers requesting them to contact their local depot to re-arrange delivery Usually a card would be put through customers door for them to contact the depot.

However,if customer does not respond to any of these requests then the goods will be returned to us, which will incur additional charges. To have the goods re-dispatched will also incur additional delivery charges.

Assembly,Testing & Technical Support

Minor adjustment of gears and brakes may be required. To ensure safe operation of your e-bike, an inspection by a qualified cycle mechanic should be carried out prior to riding.

Guarantee

All e-bikes are covered by the manufacturers warranty. However, full guarantee information is provided with each e-bike and you are urged to read and understand the terms. If you undertake any unauthorized repair work to your e-bike, you may invalidate the guarantee.

We warrant that all the products sold on our website are brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.

Our warrant policy is as follows:

1. The frame, battery and charger have a warranty of 1 year. Other main parts which include controller, and motor, etc, have a warranty of 6 months. However, lights, indicators, brake systems, tubes, tyres, chain, and cables, etc. are not covered as they are consumables. When consumable replacements are required, they need to be repurchased.
2. Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, or any loss or damage that is caused by improper assembly, repair or use and so on.
3. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period

Return Policy

1. Return is ONLY acceptable if the product you purchased has NOT been used.
2. All items, if returned for whatever reasons, must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through order@electricbike.uk.com .Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you need to contact us to obtain a RMA number within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for it.
4. All damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If the item is damaged due to shipping, please save all the documentation and packaging materials in case a claim needs to be filed.
5. Products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
6. In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.

General Ordering Policy

Your receipt of order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order after receipt of your order. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit for the amount charged to the credit card used in the order. Certain orders placed must obtain our pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our billing department. We may require additional verifications or information before processing and shipping any orders.

General Return Policy

It is our goal to provide our customer with 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail and have your invoice handy. We will try our best to solve your problem. If you return the product(s) to us within 15 days, we will refund you the full product price (delivery and service charges will not be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error). Prior to returning our products, email us for a RMA and complete the instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. Please see "RMA procedures" below. Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the products was originally purchased. All returns are for credit only and must be made within fifteen (15) days after the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedures

1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: All returns must have a RMA for processing. Please e-mail us in order@electricbike.uk.com to obtain approval as well as the RMA. RMA are only valid for thirty (30) days (postmarked by or carrier posted by the 30th day).
2. Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
3. Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
4. Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
5. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if they want to return the product for any reason.

Please Email us, do not ship anything back to us without getting a RMA number first. It may delay you getting a replacement or refund if we just receive products back without prior knowledge.
